NEW – Consulting days
The aim of a consulting day on site in your hotel is to review any open issues relating to reservation, reception and sales and marketing procedures and to discuss possible solutions for optimised processes. The issues identified will be discussed in person on site, with the solutions being implemented by the hotel itself.
If desired, a consulting day can have a particular focus, allowing a more detailed analysis of one particular area, such as the sales and marketing structure, yield management or working practices.
Scope of services for a consulting day
- Review of working practices; what services can your guests receive?
- Assessment and discussion of open issues / topics
- Discussion of hotel organisation (departments & service providers)
