NEW – Short analysis
The aim of the short analysis is firstly to analyse the task areas and organisation, as well as the sales and marketing situation of your hotel on site. The results are summarised in the form of a short analysis, which is sent to you before being discussed in a telephone call.
In addition to the general overview, recommendations for action to be taken are also discussed. On the basis of the short analysis, an offer can be submitted for performing more specific measures to optimise the organisational or sales and marketing structures and any necessary training measures for staff.
The short analysis lasts between 2.5 and 3 days in total (of which between 1 and 1.5 days are spent on site) and allows a thorough investigation. You can also request particular areas of focus requiring more in-depth analysis, e.g. sales and marketing structures, yield management or workflows.
Scope of services included in the short analysis
- Evaluation of the department structures and the distribution of tasks.
- Assessment of process stages, documentation and control mechanisms.
- Review of the possibilities offered by the existing hotel software in respect of useful statistics and monitoring prices and availability.
- Investigation and evaluation of the interfaces with other departments / service providers.
- Investigation and evaluation of the sales and marketing structure.
Written documentation of results specifying:
- Processes that could be improved (structure & organisation),
- Staff training requirements (identification & motivation),
- Evaluation of sales and marketing structures,
- Suggestions for further measures.
